Lavender

Lavender tea makes for a lovely, mild cup of tea whose scent brings to mind the fragrant fields of Provence where it is grown. The soothing, healing properties of lavender aid in such ailments as migraines, digestive spasms, and even some respiratory problems. Add it to your favorite black tea, like Earl Grey, or experiment with whatever tickles your fancy.

Steep 4g at 200°F for 3-7 minutes.
