Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to either the Coffee and Tea Lovers Subscription Plan or the Commuter Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Subscription Plans
    • Coffee and Tea Lovers Plan: $20 per week for unlimited hot or iced coffee and tea (one every 3 hours) and 10% off all other drinks.
    • Commuter Plan: $25 for any 5 drinks (limit of one drink per day), Free Coffee and 10% off all other drinks and food items. (limit 3 per order, 10 per day)
  • Subscription Requirements: Orders and subscription sign-ups must be made through the app. Free coffee and tea are limited to a select menu and available once every 3 hours. Add-ons and modifiers are charged at full price. Note: If mobile ordering is turned off but the store is open, subscription purchases will not be permitted, and no discounts will be applied in-store.
  • Discounts: 10% off all other drinks (Coffee and Tea Lovers Plan) or all other drinks and food (Commuter Plan). Discounted items limited to 5 per order and 10 per day.
  • Enrollment Limits: We reserve the right to limit the number of participants in each subscription plan. If you cancel, re-enrollment is only possible during open enrollment periods.
  • Cancellations and Renewals: Subscriptions renew weekly at the same time. If canceled, benefits remain until the end of the current period but will not renew.
  • Payment and Support: Customers must maintain a valid payment method. Contact support through the app or email us at barista@empireteaandcoffee.com.
  • App Maintenance: Ensure your app is up to date. Menu updates may require restarting the app.
  • General Restrictions: Coffee and tea are limited to one every 3 hours. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Note: If mobile ordering is turned off but the store is open, subscription purchases will not be permitted, and no discounts will be applied in-store.

All sign-ups must be completed through our app. Download the app, choose your preferred plan, and subscribe.

2. What’s included in the Coffee and Tea Lovers Plan?

3. What’s included in the Commuter Plan?

5. Is there a limit to how many drinks I can order?

Free drinks are limited to one every 3 hours. Discounts are limited to 5 items per order and 10 per day.

6. Do I need to update my app?

Yes, always keep your app updated to access the latest features and menu updates. You may need to restart your app after updates.

7. Can I use subscription discounts in-store?

No, subscription discounts are only valid for orders placed through the app. Note: If mobile ordering is turned off and the store is still open, subscription purchases will not be permitted, and no discounts will be applied in-store.

8. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, your benefits remain active until the end of your current subscription period. You cannot re-enroll until the next open enrollment period.

9. How do the subscriptions renew?

Subscriptions renew weekly at the same time as the previous week. Ensure your payment method is up to date.

10. Are there limits on how many people can sign up?

Yes, we limit the number of subscribers. If you cancel, re-enrollment is only possible during open enrollment periods.
