New Hire Forms:
You will need to print and fill out the following:
- I9 for all stores (fill out only 1)
- Direct Deposit
This must be done for each store that you will work at. (Bristol & Bellevue only will use the same form)
Dress Code: Beginning in summer 2017, our dress code will be a plain black shirt. An Empire logo shirt of any color may also be worn. Shirts must cover underarms as required by the department of health. Pants, shorts or skirts are allowed, and should not be ripped or stained. If you have questions on what is acceptable, please ask. Hair must be pulled back when preparing food.
Scheduling and work week : Our work week is scheduled from Monday - Sunday with payday the following Friday. We pay weekly via direct deposit. Please ensure that you have your direct deposit forms filled out correctly. The schedule is published weekly via our online scheduling app.
